Shipping options for online orders used by store

Cranco uses FedExGround service to ship your orders. Shipping price is not included and will be charged separately.

Due to the nature of our products not all of them are eligible for shipping. Follow the order placement you will receive an email stating the price for the shipping.

Once the shipping is allowed and charged you will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the carrier, tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

Shipping options for online orders used by customer

You are welcome to schedule your own carrier of choice to pickup your order.

Please contact us by filling out our Contact Us form providing date and time of pickup, carrier name and order number. Please wait for the confirmation email.

Shipping options for large orders

We can deliver locally by using our own truck fleet. Delivery price will be provided while the order is placed.

Please tell us which location you want to collect from when you place the order, then print the order and bring it with you for pickup.
