WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all products sold by Building Store Inc. ("Building Store").

By placing an order, making payment, accepting delivery, picking up products, or removing products from Building Store Inc.'s warehouse, the customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Product Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are responsible for inspecting products before acceptance, pickup, delivery, installation, or use.

Customers must verify product type, quantity, specifications, and visible condition before using or installing the products.

Any visible damage, shortage, incorrect product, or discrepancy must be reported to Building Store Inc. before products are used, installed, modified, or incorporated into any project.

Once products have been accepted, picked up, delivered, or removed from Building Store Inc.'s warehouse, the customer assumes responsibility for the products.

2. Responsibility After Products Leave Warehouse

Once products leave Building Store Inc.'s warehouse or possession, the customer assumes full responsibility for the products, including transportation, handling, storage, protection, and proper use.

Building Store Inc. is not responsible for any damage, deterioration, product failure, or loss resulting from:

• Improper transportation or handling;
• Improper storage conditions;
• Exposure to moisture, weather, heat, cold, or other environmental conditions;
• Incorrect installation or application;
• Use outside manufacturer recommendations;
• Any circumstances occurring after the products have left Building Store Inc.'s possession.

3. Expired, Aged, Clearance, Discounted, and Special-Sale Products

Products sold as expired, aged inventory, clearance items, discontinued products, overstock products, damaged packaging products, or special-sale items are sold at a discounted price due to their condition, age, availability, or limitations.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, these products are sold on an "AS-IS" basis.

The customer acknowledges and understands that such products may have reduced performance, limited shelf life, cosmetic imperfections, or other characteristics associated with their age or condition.

Before purchasing these products, the customer is responsible for determining whether they are suitable for the intended application.

By purchasing these products, the customer accepts all risks associated with their use and application.

Building Store Inc. shall not be responsible for any damages, product failures, labour costs, installation costs, removal costs, project delays, replacement costs, or any other losses resulting from the use, installation, or application of expired, aged, clearance, discounted, or special-sale products.

4. Customer Responsibility for Product Selection

The customer is responsible for selecting products that are suitable for their specific project and intended use.

Building Store Inc. is not responsible for:

• Incorrect product selection;
• Incorrect measurements or quantities;
• Product compatibility issues;
• Unsuitable applications;
• Installation methods not approved by the manufacturer.

Customers are responsible for consulting manufacturers, contractors, engineers, or other qualified professionals where required.

5. Returns and Claims

Claims regarding incorrect products, shortages, or visible damage must be reported before products are used, installed, modified, or altered.

Products that have been installed, used, cut, modified, or incorporated into a project cannot be returned or claimed unless otherwise approved by Building Store Inc. in writing.

6. Product Performance and Manufacturer Information

Where applicable, manufacturer specifications, recommendations, and warranties apply.

Building Store Inc. does not provide additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer unless specifically agreed to in writing.

For discounted, clearance, expired, or special-sale products, manufacturer warranty coverage may not apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Building Store Inc.'s responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the affected product.

Building Store Inc. shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

• Labour expenses;
• Installation costs;
• Removal costs;
• Contractor expenses;
• Project delays;
• Business losses.

8. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By purchasing products from Building Store Inc., the customer acknowledges that they have access to and accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Payment, pickup, delivery acceptance, or removal of products from Building Store Inc.'s warehouse constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
